Singapore & Malaysia’s FGC Join Forces For July Battle Royale
The two biggest fighting game organizers & tournament bodies from Singapore and Malaysia (arguably by default) are joining forces for a fight many regional fans will never forget.
Singaporean FGC godfathers-slash-organizers BeastApac will team up with their Malaysian counterparts Flash Vision for a Flash Vision x South East Asia Major 2018 Malaysia fighting game festival on 14 and 15 July. The 2-day tournament will be held at the Battle Arena in Petaling Jaya.

So what fighting games are on tap for this prestigious 2-day tournament? Take a look below:
- Street Fighter V- Arcade Edition (Capcom Pro Tour Ranking Event)
- Tekken 7 (Tekken World Tour Challenger Event)
- Dragon Ball FighterZ
- Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator 2nd
- BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle
- The King of Fighters XIV
- Marvel vs Capcom Infinite
- Injustice 2
- Clash Royale
Notice anything odd on that list? That’s right: Marvel vs Capcom Infinite is getting some major tournament love here. Also, Clash Royale is there for some odd reason.
In any case, you can register here. You can also get your updates on FV’s Facebook page. Flash Vision is also kind enough to provide hotel locations for FGC visitors looking to test themselves against Asia’s finest.

This being a CPT and TWT event back-to-back, we will see Japan and South Korea’s best Street Fighter and South Korean players fight hard for them seeding points.
