Assassin’s Creed: Origins PC Specs Revealed

Ubisoft yesterday unveiled the specs required to run Assassin’s Creed: Origins on the PC. Unveiled via their official forum, the the minimum and recommended specifications for Assassin’s Creed Origins are the following:
MINIMUM CONFIGURATION
OS: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit versions only)
PROCESSOR: Intel Core i5-2400s @ 2.5 GHz or AMD FX-6350 @ 3.9 GHz or equivalent
VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 or AMD R9 270 (2048 MB VRAM with Shader Model 5.0 or better)
SYSTEM RAM: 6GB
Resolution: 720p
Video Preset: Lowest

RECOMMENDED CONFIGURATION

VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GeForce GTX760 or AMD R9 280X (3GB VRAM with Shader Model 5.0 or better)
SYSTEM RAM: 8GB
Resolution: 1080p
Video Preset: High
The supported graphics cards at the time of the release are the following:

• GeForce GTX700 series: (Recommended) GeForce GTX780 or better
• GeForce GTX900 series: (Recommended) GeForce GTX970 or better

The full game will take up about 45GB of space and players should expect a day-1 patch update for the game as well altho its size is yet to be determined. While the game will support ultra-wide monitors (21:9), the game does not support Direct X12. The pre-load date for the game on PC is yet to be released but Ubisoft said they will reveal that detail in good time.
Assassin’s Creed Origins PC will be released on October 27th, 2017. The game is also available on both PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
