ICBC (Asia) eSports & Music Festival Gives You An Extra Reason to Visit Hong Kong This August
The Hong Kong Tourism Board has confirmed that the ICBC (Asia) e-Sports & Music Festival Hong Kong which is set to take place this 24-26th August 2018 will feature three international esports tournaments including League of Legends, CS:GO and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.Â
Details of the tournaments are as follows:
To be held at Hall 3 of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), the event is offering the largest prize pool in Hong Kong esports history.
In addition to the tournaments, attendees will be able to enjoy the floor via the Experience Zone, which showcases e-sports-related brands and products including game displays, VR experience, mobile game trials, KOL stages, and music performances.
The HKTB is also partnering with the CHKCI (Chamber of Hong Kong Computer Industry) to provide a special ticket promotion with the Hong Kong Computer & Communications Festival. Visitors can enjoy a special ticket price to enter the two events.
Tickets for all e-sports tournaments in the ICBC (Asia) e-Sports & Music Festival Hong Kong will be available for sale at hkticketing.com from 12 July onwards and are priced at HK$250 (MYR130, SG$43) HK$120 (MYR62, SG$21) and HK$50 (MYR26, SG$9). Just interested in the Experience Zone? Then you’d be glad to know that the admission fee is HK$10 (MYR5, SG$2).
For those who prefer buying on the day, fret not as tickets will be available at the HKCEC box office during the festival.
Ticket holders of the Hong Kong Computer & Communication Festival 2018 will be entitled to free admission to the ICBC (Asia) e-Sports & Music Festival Hong Kong — Experience Zone on the same day; and ticket holders of the ICBC (Asia) e-Sports & Music Festival Hong Kong e-sports tournaments will be entitled to free admission to both the Experience Zone and the Hong Kong Computer & Communication Festival 2018 in Hall 1 of the HKCEC on the same day.
