TGS 2018 (Kinda): Red Dead Redemption 2’s Online Mode Beta Starts November

Take Two Interactive sure loves money, don’t they? In keeping up with tradition via GTA Online, Take Two and Rockstar Games announced Red Dead Online, the multiplayer online component for its upcoming open world action game Red Dead Redemption 2.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • Just like GTA Online, Red Dead Online will use the gameplay and world of Red Dead Redemption 2 as a foundation for players to explore its vast open world online.
  • It’ll be an evolution of the classic multiplayer experience in the original Red Dead Redemption.
  • You can explore the world solo or with buddies/a posse.
  • It’ll be in beta form this November.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will be out 26th October for PS4 and Xbox One. In the meantime, you can check out our preview.
