Reigning Overwatch League Champions London Spitfire earlier today confirmed the transfer of their Support Main, Won-sik “Closer” Jung to the Dallas Fuel.
Today we bid farewell to one of the most hard-working players, and one of the best teammates that one could ask for. @Closer was a key part of our success in winning the #OWL2018 title and we wish him the best of luck in the future.

This is the second time a player from the London Spitfire switches teams to the Fuel, following Rascal’s transfer last season. The move leaves the Spitfire with no subs and no backup support player, having released most of their squad last June.

Closer is now the third Korean player in the Fuel lineup, joining Effect and OGE as the team sought to improve their fortunes in the second season. He’s also the third support player for the team, aiming to dislodge either Unkoe or Harryhook from the support role – an area which the team has struggled since allowing Custa to move to the Los Angeles Valiant.
