We Rate The Popular Landing Spots in Black Ops IIII’s Blackout

Situated at the southern-most tip of the map, the Lighthouse, like Asylum is a goldmine when it comes to loot moreover when zombies occupy it. However, it is one of the least popular spots for players to land on, considering the limited option once you’re done clearing up the area.
The run up to mainland is a mad dash of avoiding sniper fire, and worse, if the circle collapses towards the northern side of the map. Failure to locate any form of vehicles will put you in a tight spot as you almost literally have to go through all the hot locations on the map to get anywhere.
Pros:
Cons:
Our Tip:
The train station is our favorite landing spot due to its terrain whereby players are able to spot approaching enemies from almost every angle. By studying the minimap, you can anticipate the entrance points from almost every angle.
This makes this landing spot one of the few locations that tick all the boxes: good looting, ample hiding area while at the same time providing adequate cover.
Pros:
Cons:
Our Tip:Â
Despite being almost smack in the middle of the map, Array – surprisingly, is rarely the spot for hot drops. And even if you spot several other players landing nearby, most will take the cautious option of dashing into the many buildings in the area rather than engaging immediately. Take this opportunity to take good vantage points for opportunistic kills.
Pros:
Cons:
Our Tip:
Similar to Array, Rivertown is surrounded by several hot spots such as Train Station, Firing Range and Fracking Tower. The buildings and clouded windows are perfect ambush locations and this is our favourite spot to set up traps and catch unsuspecting opponents who thought they were alone. It goes both ways though.
Pros:
Cons:
Our Tip:Â
