Wargaming Launching Action RPG Pagan Online Next Year
By Alleef Ashaari|November 9, 2018|0 Comment
World of Tanks publisher Wargaming has announced Pagan Online, which is slated to launch sometime in 2019. Developed by Mad Head Games, the upcoming game is an action RPG hack-and-slash game for the PC.
In Pagan Online, players will have to fight ancient gods and demons from pre-Christian mythologies, collecting loads of loot and gear in the process. The game can be described as a classic dungeon crawler featuring reinvented MOBA-style combat.
“With Pagan Online we’ve modernized how combat in a top-down action RPG works, taking cues from MOBAs to create something that’s fast-paced, overwhelming with enemies, and super challenging,†said Mad Head Games Co-Founder and Creative Director Uros Banjesevic. “It’s a thrill to finally be able to share this game, the product of our blood, sweat, and tears, with the world!â€
Additionally, Pagan Online features multiple game modes and difficulties, as well as a lengthy single-player mode which will be constantly updated with episodic content expansions called “Battle Chaptersâ€.
Registration is now open for pre-launch tests called “Trials.” Head on over to the official website here to sign up for the Trials!
Check out the three characters revealed so far; Anya, Istok, and Marco. These three are also featured in the Pagan Online trailer below.
