Dumb & Dumber Director’s Latest Film Won Best Picture For Oscars 2019

Dreams do come true if you persevere and work your ass off doing dick joke movies. In this case, it’s for Peter Farrelly, the half that directed such classic such as Dumb & Dumber, Kingpin, and Me, Myself, & Irene.

His recent directorial work, Green Book, won best picture during the 91st Academy Awards ceremony that was aired a few hours ago. The film beat out other nominees such as BlacKkKlansman, Bohemian Rhapsody, The Favourite, Roma, A Star Is Born, Vice, and…Black Panther.

Speaking of comic book movies, Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse won Best Animated Film, and Black Panther won Original Score, Production Design, and Costume Design. Hooray for them.
