2. Quiet’s Weird Rain Dance in Metal Gear Solid V
Honestly, I could’ve made an entire list of bizarre Metal Gear moments, but this one in particular sticks out to me the most. The scene has Big Boss’ mute sniper companion in a fit of excitement as she arrives at Mother Base while it’s raining.
She then proceeds to strip down to the bare necessities, and emotional music begins to play as she… rolls around the floor? And splashes water at Big Boss? And they have a little romantic moment before she pulls away and turns invisible? How do I even begin to explain this? How would Kojima even begin to explain this?
