PlayStation Pats Themselves On The Back With Latest God Of War Video
Sony Santa Monica‘s phenomenal God of War was released on 20 April 2019 and went on to garner universal critical acclaim. To celebrate the one-year anniversary of the PS4 exclusive, PlayStation recently released a video to thank everything who tagged along on Kratos and Atreus’ journey.

As a token of their appreciation, Sony Santa Monica has released a new God of War dynamic theme featuring Kratos and Atreus on a boat overlooking Jormungandr in the serene Lake of Nine. While that is already available on the PlayStation Store today, a new set of PS4 God of War avatars will be made available on 17 April 2019.
Both of these gifts by the folks at Sony Santa Monica will be free to every PS4 user regardless of whether they own God of War or not. The game has since won many Game of the Year awards; most recently at the Game Developers Choice (GDC) awards and the Independent Games Festival (IGF) awards.
