It’s the last movie in all four phases of the huge-as-heck Marvel Cinematic Universe; how does it stack up among its peers? Does it end with a bang?
Yes. Yes it does. And then some. We stand by our review: it’s the best way to finish off the Avengers arc, as well as add in some finality to the storyline jumpstarted by one Tony Stark.
True, its time-travelling second act is following standard comic book history-altering nonsense, but it’s fun nonsense that will entertain many. And even with the #metoo poster shot, the final third act made a ton of callbacks, gave us a battle unlike any other in live-action form, and proved to the world that Captain America is indeed the worthiest Avenger.
