What’s Next After Avengers Endgame: Upcoming MCU Movies To Watch Out For
By Alleef Ashaari|April 30, 2019|2 Comments
With James Gunn and the rest of the cast set to return, Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3 will surely be a hit when it comes. Thanks to what happened in Avengers Endgame, we already know a part of what to expect from the upcoming movie.
At the end of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Thor officially joins the team on their space ship, the Milano. All of them will surely have been irrevocably changed in the aftermath of both Infinity War and Endgame, especially that of Star-Lord, who has now lost his love, Gamora.
However, the 2014 pre-Guardians of the Galaxy version of Gamora is still roaming around the galaxy, and if the ending of Avengers Endgame is any indication, it certainly looks like Peter Quill will do “whatever it takes” to find this new (old?) Gamora.
Let’s not also forget that one post-credits scene in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, where Ayesha, leader of the Sovereign race, was creating an artificial being in a cocoon, whose name is Adam. Comic book fans will immediately recognize that name to be Adam Warlock, who will probably show up in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
Adam Warlock’s eventual appearance will likely shift the balance of the MCU’s cosmic scales once again and become a major player, as he is supposed to be one of the most powerful beings in the universe. In the comics, there’s also an evil twin version of Adam named Magus, whose power rivals that of Thanos.
Look to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 to be one of the more vital movies in the MCU’s Phase Four (4). No release date has been revealed for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 as of yet.
