Avengers Endgame is an unstoppable force, in the process of breaking every record in every country on Earth. In India, it has now outgrossed every single Hindi movie in history, garnering a whopping total of Rs 310 crore (Indian Rupees), which is equivalent to roughly USD $44 million.

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh (via Hindustan Times), Avengers Endgame has outgrossed the first week business of ever Hindi movie “by a wide margin”, making it the biggest movie of all time in Indian box office history. This beats previous record holders like Baahubali 2 (Rs 260.40 crore) and Sultan (Rs 247 crore.

Meanwhile, Avengers Endgame has garnered an unthinkable $1.66 billion at the worldwide box office, overtaking the lifetime totals of both 2012’s The Avengers and 2014’s Avengers Age Of Ultron. Overtaking James Cameron’s Avatar‘s all-time record of $2.7 billion now seems like a possible feat.
