Netflix’s The Witcher Wraps Up Filming For The Season
By Syazwan Bahri|May 7, 2019|0 Comment
Principle photography for Netflix’s The Witcher has finally wrapped up as the cast and crew departs from Poland, the beautiful country fitting as the backdrop for the ravishing details of the game.
Adam Levy, the actor of Mousesack, posted an Instagram photo of the wrap party at the Hotsy Totsy bar in Budapest and captioning it “celebrating the wrap of another chunk of this epic journey†confirms the end of filming
Series director, Charlotte Brändström, who’s been spotted filming in the Grand Canaries and Hungary the last few months has posted an aeroplane window shot of Budapest on 27 April. The caption of “Goodbye Budapest…†implies that they have wrapped up filming
Members of the cast and crew are delighted to wrap up filming, even though it was generally agreed that leaving the beautiful land of Poland was a sad one.
Istredd’s actor, Royce Pierreson, posted an Instagram photo with the caption, “That’s a wrap for me on #thewitcher sad to be leaving everybody but so proud of what we’ve achieved.”
Post-production, obviously. Well, not just that, actually. There’s so much more than just filming and editing. There will be the promotion phase, or marketing if I may. Remember Viserion from Game of Thrones? Yeah, stuff like that.
I can’t wait to see what Netflix’s The Witcher has to offer for us loyal players of the franchise. I bet it will be equally epic and fantastic as the game itself.
