Apex Legends Is Coming To Mobile Platforms
By Alleef Ashaari|May 8, 2019|1 Comment
EA recently held a conference call on 7 May 2019, in which they discussed several games, including Apex Legends. Not only is the battle royale game the fastest growing new game from the publisher with over 50 million players to date, but 30 percent of those players are playing an EA game for the first time.
The publisher is also planning to bring Apex Legends to more platforms and new markets, expanding beyond the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. This includes mobile devices like Android and iOS, as well as countries like China. However, they didn’t mention or confirm if it would possibly be coming to the Nintendo Switch.
EA confirmed later in the conference call that they plan to bring Apex Legends to China and to mobile devices. Expands on the final bullet point above.

More content will be released for Apex Legends with plans for long term service and new Legends, amongst other things. While the F2P model has proved to be a massive success, EA reassures that it won’t abandon premium $60 titles like Anthem or the upcoming Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order.
In other recent news, a new mode is coming to Apex Legends, but no details have been revealed as of yet. It seems like players don’t have to worry about losing support for the battle royale game in the near future.
