New Final Fantasy VII Remake Trailer Looks Gorgeous
By Alleef Ashaari|May 10, 2019|0 Comment
Square Enix has finally released a new trailer for the long-awaited Final Fantasy VII Remake, the first one in almost four years. Just when we were starting to lose hope that the game would ever arrive, this trailer reminds us that it is very much alive.
The new Final Fantasy VII Remake trailer starts with the caption “The Return Draws Closer” and shows us Aerith, as well as some actual gameplay footage featuring Cloud and the machine gun-toting Barret. The gameplay looks amazing, like a cross of Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts of sorts.
The trailer ends with a glimpse of Sephiroth’s back (who calls out Cloud’s name), before promising more details to come in June, which is when E3 2019 takes place. Square Enix’s E3 showcase will take place at 9am GMT+8 on 11 June 2019, and it looks like the Final Fantasy VII Remake is confirmed to be part of the lineup.
Who knows? We might even get a release date for the PS4 exclusive, Fingers crossed. In the meantime, check out the Final Fantasy VII Remake teaser trailer below.
