[Report] Blizzard Employees Have Seen Diablo 4
By Alleef Ashaari|June 25, 2019|0 Comment
There has been an alarming lack of news for Diablo 4, and fans are worried that it might not be in development at all. Fortunately, a new report claims that Blizzard employees have already seen part of the highly-anticipated game, which means that the game does indeed exist.
According to French publication Le Monde (via PCGamesN), Blizzard employees in Paris have already seen a presentation featuring not only Diablo 4 but purportedly also the rumored sequel to Overwatch. However, none of these two games will reportedly be released before 2020.
To further support the existence of Diablo 4, Blizzard recently posted two new job adverts, looking for a Lead Character Artist and Lead Concept Artist to work on “a new, unannounced Diablo project”. What could that be if not Diablo 4? Surely it’s not another mobile game, lest they incur the wrath of fans again.
All of this is in line with reports from earlier this month, which also supports the existence of both Diablo 4 and the Overwatch sequel. However, until we receive official word from the folks at Blizzard, it’s best to take everything with a grain of salt.
Perhaps the company will announce one or both of these two games at the upcoming Blizzcon 2019, which will take place from 1 to 2 November 2019 in Anaheim, California.
