Completing a Role Quest will give you the option to redeem specialized Artifact Armour from Grenoldt, and the equipment will be suited to your role. You can find the NPC just south from the Ondo Cups in the Tempest, at a location called The Workbench.
The strength of these armour sets sit at Item Level 430, meaning that they’re perfectly suited for getting whichever job you’re using up to speed for much of Shadowbringers’ content. So long as you finish the respective questline, these items can be obtained for free.
