Japan Is Getting An Exclusive Disney-Themed Nintendo Switch

Nintendo has just announced that a new bundle of Nintendo Switch will be exclusively released in Japan later this year. The Disney Tsum Tsum Festival Set is a bundle that includes a Nintendo Switch console covered in a skin based on the Disney Tsum Tsum toy line. The skin is also applied to the Joy-Cons and the dock.

According to Japanese Nintendo, a digital copy of the Disney Tsum Tsum Festival video game will also be included plus a code for redeeming special in-game outfits.

If you’re not familiar with the Disney Tsum Tsum toy line, I don’t blame you. It’s only sold in Japan. The words “Tsum Tsum” are derived from the Japanese word “tsumu” which means “to stack”. The toys are built in sort of a rectangle-like shape where you can stack them on top of each other.

Clearly, this is a game made only for serious adults who want the kind of mature content you can only get on a Nintendo Switch.

The Disney Tsum Tsum Festival Set bundle will be on sale for ¥36,080 (around RM1,400) starting from 10 October 2019.
