Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Confirms More Playable Characters

Bandai Namco has announced that their upcoming Dragon Ball Z Kakarot RPG will feature more than just Goku as a playable character. Popular franchise characters like Vegeta, Piccolo, and Gohan will actually be playable.

These four characters so far will be joined by supporting characters like Krillin, Tien, Chiatotzu, and Yamcha. Previously, the company has revealed that feature original stories that have never been told in the manga.

As seen in the gameplay footage shown at E3 2019, Dragon Ball Z Kakarot will feature sidequests given by popular supporting characters in Dragon Ball, such as Launch, Android 8, and more. These will presumably expand on untold Dragon Ball lore, which will be a treat for fans of the franchise.

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot is slated to release for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in early 2020. In the meantime, check out the E3 2019 gameplay below.
