World Of Tanks Developers Will Be Releasing A Free Multiplayer Shooter

The brilliant minds behind World of Tanks and the other two World of “insert military vehicle” games are finally ditching their wheels and propellers to make a multiplayer military-themed online third person shooter.

The upcoming game is called Caliber and will be a team-based third person shooter that features classes or roles similar to ones you’d find in games like Battlefield and Call of Duty.

Judging by the trailer shown above, you shouldn’t expect the game to be next Battlefield or a Rainbow Six Siege killer. Then again, it’s a free-to-play game made by developers who have a track record of making good free-to-play games. It’s still something to get excited about.

The game will be free-to-play and for now it seems it will only be released on PC. So far there’s no release date announced and no other information aside from the fact that it will have both PVP and PVE game modes.
