Sarah Sisulart is one of the more tragic characters out there. In Lost Odyssey, she loses both her husband and daughter, which forces her into isolation as a result. It’s only through the main party’s efforts that she’s pulled away from her suicidal thoughts and is saved.

As an immortal who has lost her memory, she keeps a long and close record of her past, which seems to be grim reasoning for the glasses she wears.

If you’d ever figured a girl wearing glasses would be a stickler for perfection, then look no further than Miriel from Fire Emblem Awakening. She values efficiency above all else and would give you a good scolding if you were to do anything less.

With those glasses of hers, the quill in her hands, and the classic witch hat, it’s no wonder that she’s a little scary to approach. But some people love those traits in a girl, and she’s certainly no slouch when it comes to her romance options in the game.

We just can’t get enough of geniuses with glasses and you can believe that Astrid Zexis from Atelier Rorona marks another one on the list. But being the greatest alchemist in all of Arland doesn’t come without some quirks to the character.

For one, she’s rude and surprisingly lazy for one so talented. Yet she’s clearly got the looks, considering her fashionable boots, dainty cape, and cute oval glasses. They say intelligent people can be difficult to relate to, but if Astrid is capable of one thing, it’s dressing to impress.

Julia Chang has never been known to wear glasses in the Tekken series, despite her intelligent persona and general love for nature. That’s all changed in Tekken 7 now that she’s become an internet streamer. Sporting a patterned jacket, a regular shirt, and denim shorts, she’s a lot more casual and upbeat this time around.

But what truly makes the look are the glasses. Who wouldn’t subscribe to someone who very much knows the appeal of bespectacled beauties who livestream?
