Every year since the release of 2013’s The Last Of Us, developer Naughty Dog and fans of the game have celebrated Outbreak Day on 26 September. This year’s occasion is particularly special and eventful, especially with the release date for the upcoming game already confirmed.

In commemoration of Outbreak Day 2019, Naughty Dog is giving all PS4 owners a free new The Last Of Us Part 2 theme, officially dubbed The Last of Us Part 2 Grunge Theme. It features animated effects, new art, and music from the highly-anticipated sequel.

As an added bonus, all existing The Last of Us Part 2 PS4 themes and avatars are available for purchase at 50 percent off from now until next Tuesday on 1 October 2019. In addition, the developer has also published a new The Last Of Us Part 2‘s Ellie cosplay guide on its official website here, as well as new The Last Of Us Part 2 merchandise for sale.
