This Particular Sixth Scale Figure Will Put A Smile On Your Face
By Alleef Ashaari|October 8, 2019|0 Comment
With Joker mania currently taking over the world and conquering the box office by storm (US$248,402,337 in its first weekend), the Clown Prince Of Crime is arguably more popular than he’s ever been in his near-80 years of existence.
We have good news for fans of Joaquin Phoenix’s Arthur Fleck AKA the Joker. Toy manufacturer Toys Era has announced a Sixth Scale Collectible Figure of ‘The Comedian’ (who is Arthur Fleck/Joker in all but name due to lack of official licensing, and not the character of the same name from Alan Moore’s Watchmen).
Despite being unlicensed, Toys Era The Comedian Sixth Scale Collectible Figure does a phenomenal job in capturing the likeness of Joaquin Phoenix’s Arthur Fleck or Joker, with staggeringly life-like details. It comes with three different head sculpts, including one with a non-makeup calm expression, one frowning with smudged makeup, and another smiling with makeup.
The accompanying accessories also look incredible, which includes a cigarette, a revolver gun, a bouquet of flowers and best of all, a clown mob mask as seen in the movie. In addition, I would like to point out that the clothing for The Comedian looks well-made and movie-accurate, with Arthur Fleck’s now-iconic look consisting of his red jacket, orange vest, inside shirt, and red pants.
The Toys Era The Comedian Sixth Scale Collectible Figure is slated to arrive sometime in Q4 2019 (via Toys Era Facebook page), which means that you won’t have to wait long to get your hands on this (with less than three months remaining in 2019). Pricing has yet to be revealed at the time of writing.
