Nioh 2 Will Be Getting Post-Launch DLC

Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja just showcased a bunch of story stuff for its upcoming action RPG title Nioh 2. It features 1555 feudal Japan craziness, Japanese demon-hunting, and lots of fighting. Take a look.

But what’s really going to tickle hardcore action gamers is the post-DLC stuff. Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja will be working on DLC that focuses on pre-Nioh 2 events from different perspectives. Apart from that, players can expect new loot, new abilities, and new characters.

There’s no confirmed date for the DLC, but it’ll most likely be out a few months after Nioh 2’s launch. If you wanted a slightly faster-paced Dark Souls title with moves that you can cancel out from, Nioh 2 would be the game you need in your life. Imagine Ninja Gaiden or Bayonetta, but slightly slower and with a stamina bar.

Get your samurai on this 13th March on the PS4.
