Taipei Game Show Delayed Thanks To Coronavirus Outbreak
Sad news for fans of gaming expos and trade shows in Taiwan and Taipei. This year’s Taipei Game Show has been delayed to Summer due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The event’s original date was supposed to be 6th to 9th February.
The location will still remain at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Centre, Hall 1. The Taipei Game Show organizers will announce a new “specific time and date” in a few weeks’ time. The expo will be hosting multiple panels and a series of PlayStation briefings, including new details about the Final Fantasy VII Remake by Square Enix’s Yoshinori Kitase.
Apart from claiming lives, the Coronavirus outbreak has been postponing other major events and tournaments like the China leg of the Overwatch League and possibly the AESF e-Masters Chengdu.
