The Rainbow Six Siege SIX Invitational 2020 Will Have A US$3 Million Prize Pool

It’s really hard to believe that it’s been a bit over four years since Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege was released. The continuous release of updates and new content manages to keep the game fresh and interesting especially for its esports community.

Another great news for fans of Rainbow Six Siege esports is that the SIX Invitational 2020 is about to start very soon. Starting from 7 February 2020, Ubisoft will be hosting the tournament at the Place Bell in Montreal, Canada.

This will be the fourth edition of the SIX Invitational and as always, the winner will be crowned the Rainbow Six Siege world champion. What makes this year truly special is that it will feature the biggest prize pool in the tournament’s history: US$3 million.

Here’s the tournament schedule:

7 – 9 February 2020: Offline Group Stage.

11 – 12 February 2020: First two days of Offline Playoffs.

14 – 16 February 2020: Last two days of Offline Playoffs and Finals.

A total of 16 teams will be competing in the tournament. Check out the full roster here:

Alongside the tournament, Ubisoft will also be hosting the Road to SI – Creators Cup. It will pit content creators from around the world against each other for the CA$20,000 charity prize pool. It’ll be happening on every Sunday from 26 January to 9 February 2020 across the content creators’ Twitch channels.
