This Chun-Li Cosplayer Is Joining The Street Fight Against Coronavirus Epidemic

Meet Yuan Herong, a bodybuilder who got some buzz due to her accurate portrayal of Street Fighter’s strongest woman in the world.

She also cosplays as SNK’s strongest woman in the world when she’s not doing gym work building her abs and muscles.

All caught-up and amazed? Well, she’s also a physician in Shandong Province, China, and she’s now doing her part in kicking the Coronavirus’ butt with other doctors and health practitioners in the country.

“I’m a doctor,” she wrote on Instagram recently. “[I] must [be] on the front line [to fight the epidemic].

“171 cases of new pneumonia were cured and 15238 suspected cases were found. The healers are all treated through traditional Chinese medicine and other symptomatic treatment. We will try our best to do a good job in prevention and treatment.”

Thank you for not only delighting us with your cosplay work, Yuan Herong, but also in helping Hoyokusen the crap out of this life-ruining epidemic. We’re rooting for you and your medical compatriots!
