One of the most ambitious VR game of all time has finally received a release date, and it’s pretty soon. Valve has announced that Half-Life Alyx is slated to release on 24 March 2020.
Originally revealed in November 2019, Half-Life Alyx will be the first new Half-Life title in over 13 years. It has since received a pretty lukewarm reception for being an exclusively VR game, and not being the long-awaited Half-Life 3 that everyone actually wanted.
There will be pre-order bonuses for anyone who has purchased a Valve Index starting from 2 March 2020 with Steam VR Home environments inspired by locations from the upcoming game. Half-Life Alyx is currently priced at only RM85.50 on Steam thanks to a ten percent pre-order discount, though its full price is actually RM95.
