Play As Lara Croft In Rainbow Six Siege… Sort Of

Lara Croft is making her way to Rainbow Six Siege. You won’t actually get to play as Croft herself, but you’ll be able to equip Operator Ash with a Lara Croft elite skin when Operation Void Edge launches. Basically, you can play as Ash cosplaying as Lara Croft.

Aside from the Tomb Raider uniform, Ash will also get a new victory animation, skins for her gadget, weapon skins, and a Lara Croft chibi charm.

The skin looks neat, but fans of the game aren’t necessarily happy. Polygon noted that the attacker already has two elite skin appearances, Black Viper and Sidewinder, and it’s something that’s being mentioned in the YouTube comments as well:

Interestingly, the video shows Ash posing while dual-wielding pistols. It’s unclear if the dual-wielding will translate to actual gameplay, but Ubisoft told PCGamesN last year that they “don’t know if we’ll ever get there in the near future”. Still, one can hope.
