As the world grapples with the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, social gatherings are being minimized and events are being cancelled one after the other. Of course, that means that cosplay events are a no-go for the time being.

Japan Expo Thailand 2020, held from 31 January 2020 to 2 February 2020 in Bangkok, was probably one of the last big cosplay events to have been held before all these mitigation measures kicked in.

Facebook user Mineralblue recently uploaded dozens of pictures (all credited, with names of the cosplayed characters included too) on their account, as well as a video on YouTube, to give fans of cosplay and Japanese pop culture something joyful to watch during their social distancing.
