This Terminator Star Is Joining The Mandalorian Cast

The Mandalorian has announced a new, noteworthy cast member.

Michael Biehn, who played Kyle Reese in the original Terminator and Captain Dwayne Hicks in Aliens, is the latest addition to the Star Wars universe. It’s not clear who he’s playing, but it seems to be a bounty hunter character.

Just a few days ago, it was reported that the show had cast Rosario Dawson as to its cast. The actress will be playing Ahsoka Tano, the fan favourite character who was Anakin Skywalker’s Padawan apprentice in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and who fought against his Sith Lord self in Star Wars: Rebels.

With these two involved, I wonder if we’ll be seeing more familiar names – both real and fictional – being announced in the near future.

The second season of The Mandalorian is scheduled for an October 2020 release date. We’ll probably find out more about Biehn’s role as we inch closer to that month.

Thanks, Hollywood Reporter.
