Ghost Recon Breakpoint Is Getting A Free Weekend

It looks like Ubisoft’s keen to promote Sam Fisher’s return, because they’re now having a free weekend for Ghost Recon Breakpoint. The free weekend period will give players access to the full game, which includes the first mission of the new Deep State campaign that sees the Ghosts teaming up with Sam again.

They’ll also be able to try out the new Immersive Mode, which seeks to make the game more realistic and tactical or tailor their experience with the Ghost Experience, which lets them tinker with settings like stamina management, health regen, and HUD settings.

There’s also the base game itself, which offers an open world to explore, plus sneaking and shooting gameplay options. Our Mr. Toffee wrote in his review that the game felt “like a rojak that doesn’t excel in any one category”, but maybe the new additions will make for an improved experience. You’ll be able to find out for free from 26 March to 30 March; you can also buy the game for 67% off (on some platforms) if you find yourself enjoying it for some reason.

Check out the full free weekend schedule, including preload times, here.
