The Complete Skywalker Saga Is Coming To Disney Plus On Star Wars Day
By Alleef Ashaari|April 28, 2020|0 Comment
Streaming service Disney Plus will soon become the ultimate place for Star Wars fans when the Skywalker Saga is finally completed with the release of Star Wars Episode IX The Rise Of Skywalker on 4 May 2020, which marks the celebration of Star Wars Day.
This means that the movie will be available approximately two months earlier than was previously intended (via Deadline), and it’s actually fortuitous timing too. Star Wars Day 2020 will now see not only the arrival of Star Wars The Rise Of Skywalker on Disney Plus, but coincidentally also the final episode of Star Wars The Clone Wars.
The beloved animated series is slated to conclude with Season 7’s Episode 12 ‘Victory And Death’ on 4 May 2020. In addition, fans of the franchise can also look forward to a special Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian documentary on the same day, giving them a look at behind the scenes of The Mandalorian‘s first season.
Despite what you (or I) may think of Star Wars The Rise Of Skywalker, 4 May 2020 has always been a day of celebration for fans of the franchise, and this year will be no different. In the meantime, check out my detailed spoiler FAQ of Star Wars The Rise Of Skywalker, or head on over here for my top ten Star Wars characters of all time.
Last but not least, Disney Plus has even released a new trailer to celebrate the occasion; check it out below.
