Guess Who Might Play Lilith In The Upcoming Borderlands Movie?

Yes, there was a time when Lilith was a badass Siren instead of an overtly wishy-washy leader of the Crimson Raiders. Hopefully, we’ll get to see that side of her in the upcoming Eli Roth-directed Borderlands movie, especially with this recent casting news.

Cate Blanchett, star of many films and series like Mrs. America, Thor: Ragnarok, and Ocean’s 8, is in talks to star as the OG Siren in the Borderlands film (via Variety). Lionsgate currently has no comment on this at the moment.

In related news, Avi and Ari Arad will be producing the upcoming film via Arad Prods, while Craig Mazin (Chernobyl writer) will be handling the screenplay and its drafts. For more Borderlands news, do check out the awesome Legendaries you can score in the limited-time Borderlands 3 event.
