Four SEA Countries Advance To Mobile Legends YHYA Charity Cup Semi-Finals

The #YourHomeYourArena (YHYA) Charity Cup officially began last week in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang category, as part of the Asian Electronic Sports Federation’s (AESF) YHYA campaign (to raise funds for combating COVID-19).

The quarter-finals saw eight teams from Southeast Asian countries competing in a single-elimination knock-out stage of the invitational. Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia and Brunei participated in the #YHYA Charity Cup Quarter-Finals.

After four matches, only Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia emerged victorious from their respective matches and are able to progress to the Semi-Finals, which will be played next week.

The first match between Thailand and Singapore starts at 2pm GMT+8 on 11 June 2020, followed by the second match between Malaysia and Indonesia at 4pm GMT+8 on the same day. The Finals between the winners of those two matches will be played later at 7.30pm GMT+8 on the same day as well.

YHYA_Tournament Bracket (1)

Instead of the Quarter-Finals’ single-elimination knock-out stage format, the Semi-Finals and Finals of the #YourHomeYourArena (YHYA) Mobile Legends Charity Cup will be played in Best-Of-3 format.

You can even catch a recap of the previous matches in the tournament by heading on over here and here.

In addition, you can also contribute to the fund by visiting the landing page at give.asia, where all proceeds will be channelled towards the COVID-19 relief funds. Check out the full details of the fundraiser here.
