By Alleef AshaariVerified|June 30, 2020|0 Comment
Ubisoft is reportedly set to tease a brand new free-to-play first-person-shooter battle royale online multiplayer game titled Hyper Scape but it’s been leaked ahead of schedule.
Esports-focused reporter/insider Rod “Slasher” Breslau leaked the news on his personal Twitter account, revealing to the world that Hyper Scape is in development at Ubisoft Montreal (the same studio behind Rainbow Six Siege and the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Valhalla). It is reportedly in the works for PC and unspecified consoles.

That’s not all, as Hyper Scape is apparently supposed to go into closed beta next week on PC, with an open beta planned for 12 July 2020, which is when the upcoming Ubisoft Forward live stream will take place. The console launch is set for later in 2020, with cross-play support already planned.
According to Slasher’s Twitter thread, Hyper Scape will also feature a built-in partnership with Twitch, allowing one of the game’s features to be integrated with the Twitch chat and “directly impact the game live with game-changing events”, whatever that means.
There’s even an image of the game itself. In the meantime, stay tuned on Kakuchopurei for when official information on the game eventually drops.
