Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Members Will Enjoy Project xCloud For Free

In a blog post update today, Xbox head Phil Spencer has announced that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be able to enjoy Project xCloud service for free and at no additional cost in select supported countries starting from September 2020.

What this ultimately means is that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will be able to play over 100 Xbox Game Pass titles on their phone or tablet thanks to the Project xCloud video game cloud streaming service, alongside nearly 100 million Xbox Live players around the world.

For instance, when the highly-anticipated Halo Infinite eventually launches this sometime in Holiday 2020, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can play in the Halo universe as Master Chief, anywhere they go and across multiple devices.

You can subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate here for a limited time offer of only US$1 per month. The normal price per month is US$14.99.

However, it is only available in the following countries (unfortunately, Malaysia is not included):

  • Argentina
  • Australia
  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Brazil
  • Canada
  • Chile
  • Colombia
  • Czech Rep
  • Denmark
