Bill & Ted Face The Music has finally received an official release date in Malaysia. According to GSC Cinemas, the highly-anticipated sequel to the cult classic franchise will release in Malaysian cinemas on 28 August 2020.

During the recent Comic-Con At Home 2020, a new trailer was unveiled, revealing more of what to expect, including Alex Winters and Keanu Reeves reprising their iconic roles as Bill S. Preston, Esq. and Ted “Theodore” Logan. It teases the duo embarking on another time-travelling adventure to steal music from their future selves.

At the same time, Wilhelmina Billie “Little Bill” Logan (Brigette Lundy-Paine) and Thea “Little Ted” Preston (Samara Weaving) (the daughter of Bill and Ted, respectively), also embark on their own excellent adventure.

For context, it’s been almost 30 years since 1991’s Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey and more than that since the legendary first movie, 1989’s Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure.
