New Ejen Ali Campaign Launched To Celebrate Malaysia Day
By Alleef AshaariVerified|September 15, 2020|0 Comment
In celebration of the upcoming Malaysia Day on 16 September 2020, Primeworks Studios and WAU Animation have announced the Ejen Ali #KitaJagaKita campaign as a call-to-action to support the nation’s heroic efforts in combating the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ejen Ali is one of the most popular animated series to be produced by a Malaysian studio (WAU Animation), featuring protagonist Ejen Ali; a secret agent of the clandestine organization M.A.T.A. The animated series already boasts two seasons (both of which are currently available on Netflix) and a feature-length movie.
It is praiseworthy for featuring some of Malaysia’s best 3D CG action sequences yet. In addition, its unique techno-futuristic setting is perfect for the series’ excellent world-building and characters.
Primeworks Studios CEO Datuk Ahmad Izham Omar said:
“We are truly proud that the whole nation has been using the phrase #KitaJagaKita.
Initially conceived by Altimet and Malik Abdullah as an anthem to rally up the fighting spirit in EJEN ALI The Movie, we’re happy to hear the words #KitaJagaKita echoed by Malaysians.
Now that the nation is moving towards the recovery stage of the pandemic, we hope the #KitaJagaKita spirit will continue to encourage our beloved Malaysians to send their love and support towards our homegrown products in an effort to improve the nation’s economic situation.â€
