By Alleef AshaariVerified|September 15, 2020|0 Comment
Organised by PSI and sponsored by 100 Plus and Domino’s Pizza, University e-League (UeL) is a nation-wide esports league participated by the leading universities and colleges in Malaysia.
The league’s key objectives include the following:
In the UeL, players compete in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang; a 5v5 multiplayer mobile game. It is also one of the most popular mobile games in Southeast Asia, with over 4.3 million active users in Malaysia alone. It was even one of the official medal esports at the 2019 SEA Games in the Philippines.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the tournament will be held online for the 2020 edition, featuring the best university teams covered by national casters and commentators. The Champion of the UeL will win RM1000 as prize money, while the first Runner-Up will win RM500.
However, Mobile Legends esports teams representing universities and colleges in Malaysia are encouraged to book their spots as soon as possible. Spots in the UeL are limited, while registrations will only be open from 15 to 25 September 2020.
You can head over here and fill out the form to register now.
All matches will be streamed on its official Facebook page.
