It may not seem like such a big deal at first, but this new Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales clip showcases Miles’ swinging presumably at the beginning of the game, just before the first boss fight with Rhino.

In this new clip, we see Miles’ swinging in the upcoming game’s open-world New York City for the first time, and what makes it incredible are the details. If you look closely, his swinging is a lot less graceful and fluid than Peter’s. That’s to be expected, considering his relative inexperience in being a Spider-Man.

In the same clip, he also fails to secure the helicopter carrying Rhino and almost dies in the process, if not for Peter saving him. It looks like players will have to follow Miles as he learns to be a better superhero.

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is slated to release for the PS4 and PS5 on 12 November 2020. It is now open for pre-orders on the PS4 (check out all the details here).
