Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0 To Finally Debut In Early 2021
A new trailer for the upcoming Evangelion 3.0+1.0: Thrice Upon a Time has revealed that the conclusion to Hideaki Anno’s iconic anime franchise will finally premiere in Japan on 23 January 2021.
The Rebuild of Evangelion anime film series started with 2007’s Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone, followed by its sequel, 2009’s Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance, and 2012’s Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo.Â
Evangelion 3.0+1.0Â was initially teased at the end of the 2012 movie and has received many delays ever since, the most recent of which was earlier this year, which cited the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic as the major reason.
