RazerCon 2020: All The Highlights & Announcements

The inaugural RazerCon 2020 featured several announcements for PC gamers, including a new laptop, desktop mic, gaming chassis, Razer’s first gaming chair, and more.

Razer Viper Ultimate Cyberpunk 2077 Edition

The Razer Viper Ultimate Cyberpunk 2077 Edition should last around 70 hours of battery life in a single. It also boasts a 20,000 DPI resolution, a maximum IPS (inches per second) of 650 and maximum acceleration up to 50G.

It will be available sometime in November 2020 for the price of US$159.99 (or roughly RM662.17). Meanwhile, Cyberpunk 2077 is slated to release for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on 19 November 2020.

Razer Blade Stealth 13 Gaming Laptop

Equipped with an 11th-gen Intel processor and GTX 1650 Ti, the Razer Blade Stealth 13 gaming laptop is a powerful machine. This year, Razer is introducing two different models for its 13-inch laptop.

The first features a 120Hz 1080p matte display, and the second boasts a 1080p OLED touchscreen display made entirely of Gorilla Glass. The Blade Stealth 13 also boasts 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM and a 512GB SSD, the latter of which can be upgraded.

It is slated to release in October 2020 for the price of US$1,799.99 (or roughly RM7,449.80).

Razer Seiren Mini Microphone

The all-new Razer Seiren Mini is a sleek and compact desktop microphone that is the company’s smallest USB powered microphone to date.

It will be available in three colours; Razer Black, Quartz Pink, and Mercury White. It also features a super-cardioid pickup pattern that reduces unwanted ambient noise and heavy-duty shock-absorbent design for stability.

The Razer Seiren Mini weighs less than a pound and stands at only 6.42 inches tall. It will be available on 10 October 2020 for the price of US$49.99 (or roughly RM206.90).

Razer Iskur Gaming Chair

The Razer Iskur is the company’s first-ever gaming chair. It features a new type of lumbar system that allows you to customize your support and an adjustable padded foam cushion that can be moved in and out.

It’s made of synthetic leather that’s stitched to resemble snake scales (which fits the brand’s reptilian theme) and comes with a memory foam head cushion. It also sports a 4D armrest system and a memory foam neck pillow for added comfort and support.

It will be available on 10 October 10, 2020, for US$499.99 (or roughly RM2,069.36).

Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Headphone

Razer’s new Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition headphone is the first time that this product is going wireless. It features Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, a built-in microphone, and an impressive 50 hours of battery life.

It also features Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, 40mm drivers, Razer Chroma RGB, and up to 50 hours of battery life, as well as a built-in microphone with beamforming technology to block out ambient noise capture the wearer’s voice as clear as possible.

The Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition will be available on 10 October 2020 for US$99.99 (or roughly RM413.84).

Razer Tomahawk Gaming Chassis

The Razer Tomahawk Gaming Chassis is available in two distinct sizes; The Tomahawk ATX, a standard mid-tower case, and the smaller Tomahawk Mini-ITX.

Both feature tempered-glass side panels that show off your components, RGB lighting, and cable management, and both of them open up for easy access to the entire inside of your gaming PC. The Tomahawk’s unique RGB lighting can also be controlled and customized inside of the Razer Synapse 3 desktop app.

The Razer Tomahawk M1 Gaming Chassis ITX will be available on 10 October 2020, for US$179.99 (or roughly RM744.94) while the Razer Tomahawk A1 Gaming Chassis ATX will be available sometime in Fall 2020 for US$199.99 (or roughly RM827.72).

Razer Sneki Snek Mascot Plushie

Razer now has a new chief gaming mascot named Sneki Snek. The plushie will be available on 23 October for US$29.99 (or roughly RM124.12).

For every plushie sold (on the official website), Razer will make a contribution to Conservation International to save 10 trees. Every purchase will also include exclusive freebies, while stocks last.

In addition, Sneki Snek WhatsApp stickers are now available for download on Google Play.
