Three Weeks Later, Yakuza: Like A Dragon’s Latest Patch Adds In Key In-Game Feature

Yakuza: Like A Dragon left Japan without one of its main in-game battle features: the ability to see enemy weaknesses when selecting foes. A recent patch from Sega has finally added this feature on the Western release of the wacky RPG after three weeks or so.

While it wasn’t impossible to play and finish the game without this, it does make you write down notes on enemy elemental & weapon weaknesses and have them next to you. However, it would be nice to have an indicator on the cursor when selecting enemies to let you know whether your current abilities and skills can deal massive damage to a Beerzerker or Headguardian. Yeah, there’s a ton of lovely wordplay used on the game’s enemies.

Yakuza: Like A Dragon is out now for Xbox Series, Xbox One, PC, and PS4. We wholeheartedly recommend it and is basically one of our favourite RPGs of 2020.
