Lara Croft’s tomb raiding and dinosaur/Japanese samurai ogre/terrorist-murdering spree has yet to be chronicled in animated form. So if you want that, Netflix has you sorted.
The movie-streaming service company has announced recently that it’ll be creating an anime series based on the Tomb Raider games, starring Lara Croft of course. Legendary (Kong vs Godzilla) will be producing the show, and it’ll take place after the events of the video game reboot trilogy.

Again, I hope the dinosaurs and weird s*** from the earlier games make an appearance in the anime. It’ll be fun to see an acrobatic Lara Croft kill them all with dual pistols while robbing sacred grounds of ancient civilizations. So far, there’s no release date/window announced or a teaser of sorts to amp fans up.
