Disney+ Is Really Coming To Malaysia

This is probably as official as it’s gotten so far, folks: Disney Plus is coming to Malaysia. A new website has suddenly popped out of nowhere, and we at Kakuchopurei discovered it.

This new website definitely seems official and legit. It features details such as Terms Of Use, Privacy Policy, and even a Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia; not to mention that it has the Disney copyright statement at the bottom of the site’s page.

All of this lends further credibility that this website is real, in light of the previously-revealed Disney Plus Malaysia Facebook and Instagram social media pages, which ultimately got taken down for some reason. There were also those job listings for Disney Plus Malaysia, which were posted on LinkedIn earlier this year.

You can’t sign up or subscribe just yet, but you can click on the Keep Me Update button on the Disney Plus Malaysia home page:

You can then submit your email to get updates directly from Disney Plus on when the streaming service will be coming to Malaysia and other information. Look, you even have to agree to terms and conditions set by The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited.

However, the Disney Plus Malaysia site doesn’t announce or reveal the release date for Disney Plus Malaysia. Fortunately, we can now receive first-hand updates from Disney on when that’ll be, especially now that the home page is seemingly live.

For now, let’s just wait for the eventual official announcement by Disney Malaysia or The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited. Disney Plus is coming to Singapore on 23 February 2021. We’re likely not too far behind.

Stay tuned on Kakuchopurei for the latest news and updates!
