JRPG Edge of Eternity Will Be Out Of PC Early Access This June

For those who weren’t paying attention, Edge of Eternity is a JRPG that has been in Early Access for a long while. It’s as Early Access as you can get, jank and all, so hopefully with this piece of news, the game will eventually be spic and span.

Publisher Dear Villagers and developer Midgar Studio announced that Edge of Eternity will be out of Steam Early Access on 8th June for PC. The game will also be out for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series in Q4 2021, as well as on Xbox Game Pass.

To celebrate this recent news, the Early Access version will be on a 33% discount (US$16.74) from now until 13th April. Here’s a quote from Midgar Studio founder Jeremy Zeler to hype you up:

“We’ve poured our whole heart into making Edge Of Eternity. It’s a story of epic existential battles and intimate personal dramas. I can’t wait to show it off to the world.”

Edge of Eternity features a choice matters JRPG adventure, a gorgeous world, a deep and strategic combat system, and soundtrack work from Chrono Trigger/Xenoblade Chronicles Yasunori Mitsuda.
