The first Resident Evil Village Showcase took place in January 2021, which revealed the release date for the upcoming game and a PS5 exclusive demo. Now, Capcom has announced a second Resident Evil Village Showcase, which will take place at 6am GMT+8 on Friday, 16 April 2021.
Host Brittney Brombacher will return to reveal new a new gameplay trailer for Resident Evil Village, as well as a few “surprises”. One of these surprises will probably be the announcement of a new demo with actual combat for all platforms. Fingers crossed.

Capcom is also currently hosting an open beta test for the multiplayer title Resident Evil Re:Verse, which will end at 2pm GMT+8 on 11 April 2021. It will run across PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC via Steam.
In order to participate, players must have a Capcom ID linked to their hardware or platform of choice before playing the Resident Evil Re:Verse open beta test.
Resident Evil Village is slated to release for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC on 7 May 2021.
