HBO’s The Last Of Us Casts Ghost Rider Actor As Tommy
By Alleef AshaariVerified|April 16, 2021|0 Comment
HBO’s The Last Of Us has cast Gabriel Luna as Tommy, Joel’s brother, in the upcoming TV series. According to Variety, the character is described as a former soldier who hasn’t lost his sense of idealism and hope for a better world.
Luna joins previously announced series leads Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey, who will play Joel and Ellie, respectively. Gabriel Luna is best known for starring as Robbie Reyes AKA Ghost Rider in Marvel’s Agents Of SHIELD TV series and as the antagonist Rev-9 in Terminator Dark Fate.
HBO’s The Last Of Us will be written and executive produced by Chernobyl creator Craig Mazin and the original game director Neil Druckmann. It will be co-produced by Sony Pictures Television, PlayStation Productions, Word Games, and Naughty Dog. No release date or window has been announced as of yet.
Druckmann has previously said that there will be changes and deviations from how it originally happened in the game. You can find the full details of his quote by heading over here.
